1. For safety reasons, ear impressions should be collected by a specialist such as a hearing aid dealer.

2. If the filling amount of silicon is insufficient, it can not be manufactured because the connector can not be mounted.

3. In the case of ear impressions with poor shape due to insufficient adhesion of silicon, it can not be manufactured.

4. If there is a defect in the received ear impressions, please prepare again.
