Products Warranty and Refit

Kumitate Lab production process is all by hand. There may be seen a very small scratch on the product as product design.

Please understand in advance.

Product warranty 

Warranty of product defect is valid 1 year that counts from the arrival day of IEM at the customer.
Accessory and option parts can replace with free of charge within 30 days that counts from the arrival day of them at the customer if they are admitted initial defect by Kumitate Lab.
Warranty period after replacement or repair is valid rest of days of 30 days counts from the arrival day of IEM, accessory and option parts returned to the customer.
Below defect conditions are for value.
There may not be cases to repair.
Please understand in advance.
1. Defect by Drop, Press, Shock, Sink in water
2. Defect by user's intentional or by user's negligently
3. Defect reason caused from equipment other than Kumitate Lab IEM
4. Time degradation of the connector
5. Defect due to using cable other than the cable from Kumitate Lab
6. Defect during the transportation after IEM has arrived at Customer.
7. Defect by Fire, Flood, Earthquake, Lighting stroke or Natural disaster.
8. Use other than at general family status.
9. Modified or repaired other than at Kumitate Lab
10. Change of color or defect due to earwax,sweat,natural oil in human skin, hair dressing, cosmetic
11. Product appearance change during using for instance scratch, scuff and dent etc.,
12. Coating scuff around the connector
13. Refit charge due to ear deformation
14. IEM purchased or presented from other than Kumitate Lab or approved distributors by Kumitate Lab
15.Other cases considered by Kumitate Lab considered the need to charge

Delivery fee for repair

Under warranty condition and under warranty period: repair with free of charge

Out of warranty conditions under warranty period or out of warranty period: we charge repair fee.

Refit

After IEM has arrived at the customer purchased from Kumitate Lab directly,

Customer can refit 2 times with free of charge.

We start charging refit fee from becoming 3^rd times.

Out of warranty coverage of refit

1.Refit using with new ear impressions

2.Re-production of shell

3.Refit for ears other than a buyer's ears

Delivery fee for refit

First time of refit and Second times of Refit: Free of charge of delivery fee from Kumitate Lab to the customer.

Becoming 3^rd times of Refit: We start charging delivery fee from Kumitate Lab to the customer.

Other products

Accessary of cables may be changed without notice.

Used IEM of Re-shell or Used IEM of refit are not available

This rule may be changed by Kumitate Lab.
